A few years ago I was sitting in on a web conference, the speaker was talking about selling the business I was in. It wasn’t all the hype surrounding the product that interested me it was actually the product.  Mike the guy holding the conference a higher up the pyramid dude in my network at the time starting talking about being a product of the product. I instantly related to what he was saying.

His words where true, I am not sure if he realized it or not but that is the very reason why so many people have such a hard time actually making money online. It isn’t because they lack the luck or intelligence rather it is because they lack the love.
You absolutely have to do something that you love to do if you want to achieve success online. There are countless people online going around spouting off why you should join this or that. Many of those people don’t actually care about you or even the products they are selling all they care about is getting into your wallet and getting paid. These same people never really get it, nor do they ever achieve anything worth really talking about.
I can’t even start to tell you how many “good marketers” don’t even care about the product at all they just know if x amount of people join they are going to get paid x amount of money.

Some people go to 1 or 2 public classes a week and like to call them selves martial artist.. But a martial artist that gets paid to be a martial artist eats, sleeps, breaths martial arts. Do you understand what I am saying?
It simply is not enough to say you market online, putting in a hour here and there will get you nowhere. You need to make a solid commitment to not just know the products you are selling but you really need to become the product.
Let me do everyone who is reading this a favor right now!
Don’t worry about attracting everyone to your business, really become passionate about what you are doing. You will find more success with a few than you will with many. Build solid relationships with people.
Get out of the habit of not taking responsibility for your business, meaning stop trying to get someone else to do your work. Many internet network marketing teams like to tell you that if you join our team you are going to get training and inside tips, while this may be true many people take this as GREAT! I bring them in and they will train them.
What is really happening is the person that you just either spend hours marketing to get or a ton of money to get is not looking at you as their coach/teacher/leader etc.. They are looking at you as just another lacky. You are loosing more money in the long run.
Yes you should leverage all the resources you can, but you also need to be immersed in what you are doing. Your underling should see you as an expert from the moment you start talking to them. You can only be this person if you know what you are talking about.
I have a conversation with a good friend of mine almost weekly about what people want.
People want easy, fast and convenient that is probably why fast food restaurants are so popular. Nothing has been easy since the dawn of man. Real entrepreneurs work hard for their success. I post as often as I do on my blog because I have to or search engines would forget about me. Its Sunday morning and its 7 am.. My kids are a sleep I could have just watched some tv. I chose to write this post.
Really think about why you are doing what you are doing, make sacrifices and above all else love what you do.
