A good presentation is the first skill you should master. Many people believe that this means have someones lead capture system in place. While using systems can be helpful they are nothing more than a lead capture page and a follow up email series.
The allure of this is the fact that you can be lazy and have someone do the creating part for you. This is a double edged sword. On one hand you can leverage another persons system. On the other hand you are loosing exclusiveness to your leads. A good presentation of yourself would be having a blog, social proof, articles written. You want to be seen as an expert so you want as much exposure to you as possible.

Ultimately this means you are not seen as the expert. While you can make money using systems like that, your actual internet network marketing downline won’t grow very much. Learning to create your own lead capture pages and using your own autoresponders is the ideal way to build your business.

Marketing is the name of the game. To really get your business to grow you will have to focus much of your internet network marketing efforts on getting traffic. The problem is people usually go after the wrong traffic or present the wrong type of page. Everything you do should ultimately earn you money, this is the only way to bullet proof yourself from your business.
Two words that go hand in hand with internet network marketing is something called a funded proposal. Basically this is a product or products that you will market on the front end of your business. You don’t need to spend $50 a month to use a system that you can create one yourself rather easily.

It is true that branding yourself and building your own presence on line is crucial to success, it is a bit time consuming learning all of the ins and outs so in the meantime while you learn to build your own list of leads,, it is always a good idea to present yourself off-line in the same manner so you have multiple avenues working at the same time.
