Finding a good mentor!

At the heart of Network Marketing is duplication.  Duplication starts at the top not the bottom. What I mean by this is if you really want to see success in your internet network marketing business, you are going to have to step up become the leaders LEADER…

At this point, there is so much information and so many successful internet network marketing types that you do not need to recreate the wheel. You do however have to do your homework and find someone that is a good fit for you.

We all needed mentors when we started out, more often then not a good mentor will turn into a strong friend and business partner.  You will find real mentors are always in a constant state of learning because they know that ultimately their abilities as a teacher will effect the outcome of their income.

It’s not in the products, It’s not in the compensation plan. It has nothing to do with the “guru/heavy hitter you joined. It has everything to do with your ability to learn, apply and teach.

So the most important thing you can do for your business is find a good mentor. That person is the person that will help you avoid the common mistakes people make. It is that person who will inspire you to be the best you can be. We all need support. Many times we aren’t going to find it from our family or friends who think we are nuts for even trying to do this in the first place.

Remember at the heart of network marketing is duplication, unless you really understand the in’s and out’s of this industry you are doomed.

Your success or failure will be a direct result of your actions, it really is as simple as that!
