Well I had a chance to really dig into Joel Therien’s 7 minute workout. I joined back in June 2011 and I exclusively used the 7 minute workout from June to October. The results I had actually blew my mind away.
Before starting the 7 minute workout I was actually already training about 2 hours 4 times a week. That was 8 hours a week of my life dedicated to just exercising. Of course most people out there just don’t have it in them to dedicate that much time to exercising.
Why 7 Minute workout Is Effective
First and foremost the science of weight loss is very jaded in today’s market. There are people out there getting you to spend an insane amount of money on health and wellness products essentially selling a lie, that the mainstream consumer is buying into. Personally I had some crazy results like taking my bench press from 145lb’s to 225lb’s in 2 months. Like loosing weight without dieting and doing cardio..
Those are things I really didn’t expect to happen when I started doing the 7 minute workout training program. The program works because it directly deals with the science behind what it takes to actually gain muscle and loose weight. What is the craziest part though is the fact that I went from exercising 8 hours a week or so to only working out about 30 minutes a WEEK! Now that is the type of workout that everyone can handle.
7 Minute Workout – 2012 Resolution
So here is where I am at with the whole program. My word for 2012 is total transparency in my business. Boy oh boy did you know eating lots of cookies, cakes, chocolates, mashed potatos, left overs etc.. Can really put on the lbs.. I new that.. But I wanted to really enjoy being a lazy fat slug.. Because I knew come 2012 I was going to go into high gear eat clean and do my 7 minute workouts.. Right now I am 196lbs.. It is my goal to get down to 175 or 185 of solid muscle.. I am not sure as to were my weight will be because I am not looking for a number, instead I will let my body tell me what my weight should be. I do know that when you hold yourself accountable for your actions you get results. So I am holding myself accountable in front of all of you. I have until june to get to where I want to be. So I will update my progress at least 1 month.. I may get the courage up to do before and after photo’s or I may not.. I have never been the flamboyant look at me type of a person.
