7 Minute Workout – Obesity Is Out Of Control

In case you haven’t been paying attention to all the network marketing buzz lately, 7 minute workout is really getting a lot of attention. For very good reason it addresses one of the biggest issues of our time. Obesity!

We are living in a time when the rate of complications due to being overweight are through the roof.  I think you get the idea, certainly all you have to do is turn on the television and watch the news and you will see we have a full blown pandemic on our hands.

The Big Question Is: Does Joel Therien’s 7 Minute Workout really help with this problem?

Being in the network marketing industry for years now, I didn’t want to get involved with another network marketing opportunity, just to get involved with one. When I got presented 7 minute workout what intrigued me most was the ad copy.

Because curiosity got the better of me I decided to join. What Joel was saying did make sense, I got rather excited about it because I realized from watching the webinar replays that I have been exercising wrong for the past 25 years. YIKES!!!!!

2 days after I did my first workout my chest and triceps were sore as hell. I was so excited that I called my friend who also happens to be a certified personal trainer that it only took me 7 minutes to do my workout and I feel great.

He was like “YAaaaa, I told you 4 years ago that you are way over-training” I thought about it for a moment and realized he did indeed tell me. I am amazed at how much progress I have made in the past 4 weeks. Not because I am working out harder, rather because I am hardly working out at all.

 

Who Is The 7 Minute Workout For?

I think most of us can look in the mirror and say, geesh.. I need to exercise more. I started this blog to attract people who are remotely interested in network marketing online. You may be wondering why I never listened to my friend when he told me I was over-training.

After thinking about it I wasn’t properly motivated with him telling me. The idea that I could earn commissions for promoting it is what really sparked my interest.

So after careful consideration Joel Therien’s 7 minute workout is for the person who wants to loose weight and wants to get paid for loosing weight.

This training program is super duper easy to follow.

The easiest way to make money in network marketing is to become a product of the product. Programs like Beach Body , or the south beach diet are not realistic for most people. 7 minute workout is something that the average person can achieve awesome results with. This is good for men and woman of any age. Of course before starting any exercise program you should talk to your doctor… (That should be common sense, but felt I should say it.)

After reading how you realized that you exercised wrong for 25 years, I’m now trying to figure out whether I’ve also been doing it correctly or not. ’7 minute workout’ sounds very convincing and motivating. Its really important to become a product of the product.

What I do like about 7 minute is the fact that if you follow the program results are guaranteed. The only way for it not to work is if you don’t do it.

Hey Larry,

I just started exercising three months ago. I’ve been watching my weight for years due to having been overweight as a child. Not much, just about 30 pound but I lost is all in my mid 20′s and have kept it off ALL these years. Let’s just say it’s been a LONG time and keep it at that.

Now I started working out with weights at the YMCA because I want to get everything firmed up. I’ll be sure to take the time and watch this webinar but will probably be this weekend. Appreciate your honesty and letting us know that it’s not just about losing weight. I get upset when people approach me about that because it’s obvious they haven’t even looked at my photo. I know this country is out of control with obesity and I pray someone can do something to put a handle on it. I’m just so blessed that no one in my entire family is obese.

Thanks again for sharing this and if any of my friends who are overweight finally decide to do something about it, I’ll send them your way. But we all know it has to be their choice.

One thing I like about the way 7 minute workout is set up is it focuses on building muscle.

It is through building muscle that we can burn extra calories.

Studies show that for every pound of muscle we add to our bodies we burn an additional 35 to 50 calories a day.

That means an extra 10 pounds of muscle added to your frame will add 350 to 500 extra calories burned in a day. which is ruffly an extra pound of fat every 7 to 10 days. That is without even touching your diet.

The reason is because muscle is metabolically active and burns calories when you are at rest.

I guess my point is I spent my life trying to loose weight through diet and exercise, but I was loosing muscle because I was over training. That put me in a situation where I had to diet.

If I would have applied the 7 minuteworkout strategies I would have put more lean muscle mass on which would allow me to enjoy my diet more.

Hey Larry, I actually sat and watch the whole webinar, and that is the first time I’ve ver done that. I found it to be very interesting and offered some unique perspectives on exercise. To think that all this time I’ve been doing it all wrong but then I can’t take the blame for that because I tailored my regime to what I learned from people like Joe Weider.

I may have to rethink the way I do things.

off to check out your 7 minute work-out now, it`s amazing i will only need 7 mins, this motivates me to get on with it and keep it up. i have 6 pounds to loose, 7 mins won`t feel like an endurance!!

I am not knocking what you are saying here and I am going to give it a go but I need to say that getting paid to lose weight sounds almost as good as a letter from a nigerian scammer! It does look effective and like it could be quite motivational too!

I guess my problem is not eating for longer than 7 minutes. If I can do that, I might try your work out. Its terrible, these days, sat at the computer screen.
