Well I had a chance to really dig into Joel Therien’s 7 minute workout. I joined back in June 2011 and I exclusively used the 7 minute workout from June to October. The results I had actually blew my mind away.

Before starting the 7 minute workout I was actually already training about 2 hours 4 times a week. That was 8 hours a week of my life dedicated to just exercising. Of course most people out there just don’t have it in them to dedicate that much time to exercising.« Continue »
