I think bloggers sometimes get so niched out on their blog they find it hard to leave the comfort zone of the confines of their blogs.
Sometimes I feel that way myself. You know always talking about business can get, well rather boring. You do have to stay focused on your keywords and you need to stay on topic when you are niche blogging.
..At the same time though you also need to let loose and be yourself
Fridays seem like a good day to do that don’t you think? It’s the end of the week, time to relax, drink a beer watch a good movie, go out to dinner etc. I am always thinking about what I can do to wrap up a week of blogging?
…I am of course always open to ideas if you have any?
So I decided this week I have been working to hard and not having enough fun so I recorded my first ever game of League of Legends. For those of you that don’t know what that is, it’s kinda of FPS meets RTS. For those that don’t know the jargon I am talking about computer games 🙂
So I thought to myself what better way to combine attraction marketing and doing something that I like to do.. This was the result, I may do more videos like this.. Still undecided.
..What’s important is that you go ahead and take some risk and do silly stuff.
Don’t worry about what everyone thinks, because it’s not everyone who is going to go into business with you. You want people in your business who like the same things you like. It makes it so much easier to mastermind when you are masterminding with people who have things in common with you.
Some Halloween Shenanigans Anyone?
Got these from my friend over at wassup blog thought I would share em with you here 🙂
It’s interesting to see different peoples reactions to getting shocked…
…This next video is just funny, it just goes to show though, if your gonna scare someone be prepared to duck!
Enough Horsing Around!
I didn’t really do much seo on this post. I just want to leave you with this bit of advice: While being serious and focusing on seo is important to get traffic to your blog. It’s even more important to have people enjoy visiting your blog.
You can get a ton of traffic simply by joining Facebook groups sharing your content and emailing your blog post to the list you are creating for your business. Because you are creating a list right?
Google is always changing it’s algorithms so you should really focus on writing engaging content that keeps people on your blog longer. I look at it this way, you can get 5000 visitors a month and not make a single penny or you can get 100 visitors a month and make an extra $2000 a month.
Your focus shouldn’t be how many people visit your blog, the focus should be how the people that do visit your blog feel about it and you. Write for your readers first and the rest will come naturally. (over time)
I hope all of you have a great weekend!
