I think most people would love to work At Home. After all who doesn’t want to pick their own work hours and have more time to spend with family and friends? There are some pitfalls you want to avoid like the plague.

The first few years I was trying to get my online business to work for me I had a hard time getting organized and adjusting to not having a boss over my shoulders to make sure the work was getting done.

Since working from home is basically freeing yourself from your job, it so very important to set a work schedule and keep to it.  You need a place to work that is free from distractions. You also need your family to respect your work space.

* Domain Name (related to the niche you want to get involved with)

Here is where people make the biggest mistake of them all!

What are you going to sell? Most people who want to work from home don’t really take enough time thinking about what it is they really want to do. So the first thing they do (I was guilty of this myself) is do whatever strikes a chord with their emotions.

Starting a business online is much different than starting a business off line.  9 times out of 10 the person doesn’t actually have their own products. So that makes the majority of people affiliate marketers right out the gate.  The good news is there are tens of thousands of products you could sell. The bad news is there are tens of thousands of products you could sell.

Don’t get caught up in information overload. This alone has destroyed many peoples dreams of financial freedom online.
