We’ve all been witness to one scam or another in the Internet Marketing world in recent years.
There has been a tidal wave of crap, a tsunami of poor quality, rip-off products that have hit the scene with little to no regulations in place to prevent them from even hitting the marketplace. How else would ClickBank and other Affiliate networks make their money? 😉
Recently, a group of marketers has made it their sole objective to hit the ground running with anti-scam appeal, setting up platforms to enable anyone and everyone to strike out against these scam artists who have made the Internet Marketing industry such a difficult place for consumers to seek resolutions to their demands and for marketers and product creators to provide quality content to the masses.
This post describes the efforts of these top marketers who are trying desperately to create a wave of good will in order to reinstate the previously opportunity-rich, consumer-friendly status of the Internet Marketing world.

If you haven’t come across examples of these scams, “Auto Traffic Hijack”, “Get FB Ads Free” and “Stripped Down Profits” are some of the most recent, fairly popular ones.
These so-called products have turned over millions of dollars in profit from sales, profits made from misleading people who are desperate for a breakthrough solution to their problems.
It’s this kind of misleading propaganda that has given the Internet Marketing industry a bad name.

Day in and day out, these scam artists work on a series of similar products to launch right left and center, one after the other, in an attempt to make as much money as possible after refunds and then bolt somewhere where no one can find them.
This kind of Internet Marketing is nothing short of a crime.
Though the victims are people who actually buy these products succumbing to the false copy that’s thrown out there, the real victims are people like you and me, hard-working and knowledgeable marketers who have always tried to do more good than is expected of us in a product launch, people like you and me who have been there and done that, and made constant efforts to ensure that others don’t make the same mistakes we did earlier on in our Internet Marketing careers.
If you haven’t heard of my esteemed colleague Ran Aroussi, he’s only one of the world’s leading and longest running, most successful, ethical Internet Marketers out there.
He’s been in the Internet Marketing scene since before many of us (including me) had even known about it’s existence as an industry (since 1999 to be precise), and he’s just launched a campaign to rid the scene of all scam products that are about to or have ever been released to the public.
When Ran speaks, everyone listens. Period.
He and several other hard-working Internet Marketing professionals, are going after these scam artists hard, setting up aggressive Facebook and Twitter campaigns to spread the word about scams that are ruining the Internet Marketing space. One of the pages he’s recently setup is a comical but dead-straight to the point “Open Letter” addressing all Internet Marketing professionals out there, warning them of the evil that these scams have infused into the industry.
The page is located at http://www.buymyshityo.com/, anyone and everyone is free to comment via Facebook Comments.
It’s efforts like these and several others that are setting a much needed trend for cleaning up the Internet Marketing Industry.
All of us need to make a solid effort at reinstating the industry’s previously amazing status. Scam artists have played enough of their foul games to hurt the industry and it’s so refreshing to see that Top League, “Real” Internet Marketing Experts like Ran Aroussi are taking such a firm stance on this issue and going all out guns-blazing to chase these scam artists down.
Legitimate marketers, customers and anyone else who’s even remotely interested in bringing these criminals to justice should make an effort and post so much as a Facebook Status Update or Tweet about this, promoting action against Scammers, and encourage their friends and followers to do the same.
We owe it to this industry, an industry that has brought so much opportunity to absolutely anyone interested in establishing a business and working from home.
If you haven’t already, please do help your fellow marketers in this effort and share your comments at http://www.buymyshityo.com/,
You will be doing yourself and this entire Internet Marketing community a huge service.

I am surprised that many of the people who purchase these types of products do not ask for a refund, especially considering how expensive some of the products are. Although, I suppose that some people won’t even try to use the product and will miss out on the 60 day refund period.
The website Saltydroid.info is already going after the big time scammers in the IM world by exposing their unsavory way of doing business. Hopefully Ran has success with his mission to clean up the industry.
It’s nice to see that Ran is on the job with all of his reputation and knowledge. Internet marketing has really got a bad name because of all those people ruining it for everybody. Mostly, nowadays, people don’t even try to click on this or buy that because of all the previous bad experience. “It must be a scam” is a first thing that comes across their minds. This should be taken care of.
