Hi Larry, Very interesting post, however, I think it is to one’s advantage to build a relationship with their future recruits before going into info about the company. In this way, you might discover they are not suited for your company and what you have to offer and it won’t work out in the long run. If you know a persons needs, wants, desires, and problems it is easier to determine this.

Diana is right. If you pick the wrong people you might find out you’ve wasted your time trying to convince them why do you own a worthy company. Still, MLM seems a good way to gain some money.
Hi Roger, when I first got involved in our industry I did end up bringing the wrong people into my business. What I didn’t realize is I was attracting the wrong people through my words and expressions.
It took a little bit of studying and trial and error. Most times though when someone gets involved with me in something.. We have already have similar interest.. For example: I have had several people join businesses with me.. I never mention that fact that I use to play saxophone in school.. Ironically some of the people that have done stuff with me also play sax..

Hi Diana, If you apply the laws of attraction correctly, you will never have to see if anyone is a right fit for your business.. Simply because you will be attracting people who have similar interest and passions to yourself.
So if they are attracted to you, they will be attracted to what you do..

Here reply was nothing, I was passed up and haven’t heard from him since. This happens all the time.
Don’t just do business with someone because their message is all hyped up. Really look for a community of people who are genuinely working for the good of everyone..
They are out there you just need to look for the right group.. Working with the right people makes all the difference..

I’ve wasted a LOT of time in the past trying to help others make money online through various couching techniques (while earning a commission from referring them to quality networks.) I’ve seen every type of persona imaginable by now. My best advice (to add onto of things you’ve already mentioned) is to create a “leaderboard” factor to how you operate. Once I put my clients “against” (but not in a bad way) each other in a competitive nature, the among of progress they all gained in those first few weeks was astonishing.
Bottomline is that most of the people I tried this experiment on saw an increase in revenue and leads, meaning I saw a pretty incredible spike in revenue and word-of-mouth referrals from happy people.
