How To Turn A Profit With Internet Network Marketing
Chances are that you are trying to sell your internet network marketing business. I suppose that’s what we are all doing right? The internet is filled with millions upon million of bytes of information. The percentage of people trying to make money is small compared to the multitudes of folks using the net for information and fun.
New internet network marketing types make an error, when they assume that because their business makes sense to them that it should make sense to everyone else. I know from first hand experience that there are many people out there who just don’t get it.
I use to get surprised when someone would unsubcribe from my list saying something along the lines of:
Stop sending me emails AND stop trying to scam!!!!! ME!!!!
I use to let people like that get to me, that was until I finally realized why it was happening to me. The truth is internet network marketing isn’t for everyone. In fact most people have no business what so ever trying to go into business in the first place. If your serious about building your business you should be hitting your list everyday or every other day.
Trying to make money online is like the gold rush of the early 1900's. People think if they just start digging they are going to hit the big one.
Internet Network Marketing – Serious Takers Only!
Maybe you feel like I felt. Maybe you are marketing and the negative reactions of people is depressing you to the point where you are ready to just throw in the towel. You know something though. You shouldn’t let other people ruin your ambitions.
I use to be that guy who never wanted to email my list for fear of pissing them off. I eventually realized that the same people who are getting pissed off moaning and groaning will never likely buy anything from me ever. Sometimes you have to not worry about what other people think and just do what you know is the right thing to do.
I am the type of person that, if I opt into something I expect to get emails from the person or company all the time. I have had people say to me that I am sending out to many emails I need to stop.
I usually tell the person, well opt the hell out then. What you need to realize about internet network marketing is this: Your competition is constantly working to undermine your business. Not on purpose mind you. It’s just that business is business. This means that the people on your “list” are also on many other marketers list as well.
You need to shout louder than everyone else. You need to stay vigilant with your efforts. While others are complaining that they aren’t making money, you need to focus on making your subscribers happy. The more they enjoy your content the better chance you have at turning a profit!
Internet Network Marketing Truth – It’s rare to hear.
Since about 2006 I have been hearing bull shizka about how many emails it takes to get a sign up into your internet network marketing business. Some people say it takes between 7 to 14 emails. While some people are action takers (usually these are the ones that jump before looking 🙂 )
I am about to shatter some peoples notions and dish out some reality. I know why the failure rate online is over 90%. That is because people are told crap like people need to see or hear your message 7 to 14 times before they buy. So people figure if I set up a email campaign that runs for 100 days I am bound to get a sign up.
The flaw in this thinking is this: People don’t join businesses they join people. Even if a person finds a internet network marketing business they like, they will still look for someone they can identify with.
It has been my experience that it can take 3 months even a year for a person to see “YOUR” message and show interest. People are ready when they are ready. Sometimes people look at internet network marketing like it’s just a numbers game. In some ways it is.
And take my word on this… If you have a small list of even 500 people and you email those people everyday, if only 100 people stay for longer than 1 year. Those people will be worth a lot of money to your bottom line.
The Reason: Those loyal readers love your stuff.
So you see, it usually takes months for a person to finally decide they want to work with you. That’s why it’s not a good idea to just promote and sell. You need to provide valuable content to your readers/list on an ongoing forever kinda way. If you stay focused for 90 days, you can see first hand how the people you brought into your list on day 1 start to get interested by day 90.
If you bring in 1000 leads in your first week, if you work your list and really stay focused you will start seeing results mid way through to the 90 days. I just wanted to give you an idea how long it really takes to start seeing your efforts pay off.
Unfortunately there are so many people out there, who even after reading this post will continue to believe that it’s the business opportunity that matters.
I would really love to know what you think on the subject? Leave a comment, share but whatever you do… Do something 🙂
