Its wiser to listen and we need to listen to the opinions of others so that we think, learn and produce something new, something innovative. People involved in business has to think about their customers and listen to their opinions because a company cannot operate without customers. It is important that we try to bring out something constructive even out of criticisms. Knowing when to talk is good but listening is even better.
