
Well I had a chance to really dig into Joel Therien’s 7 minute workout. I joined back in June 2011 and I exclusively used the 7 minute workout from June to October. The results I had actually blew my mind away.
Before starting the 7 minute workout I was actually already training about 2 hours 4 times a week. That was 8 hours a week of my life dedicated to just exercising. Of course most people out there just don’t have it in them to dedicate that much time to exercising.
Why 7 Minute workout Is Effective
First and foremost the science of weight loss is very jaded in today’s market. There are people out there getting you to spend an insane amount of money on health and wellness products essentially selling a lie, that the mainstream consumer is buying into. Personally I had some crazy results like taking my bench press from 145lb’s to 225lb’s in 2 months. Like loosing weight without dieting and doing cardio..
Those are things I really didn’t expect to happen when I started doing the 7 minute workout training program. The program works because it directly deals with the science behind what it takes to actually gain muscle and loose weight. What is the craziest part though is the fact that I went from exercising 8 hours a week or so to only working out about 30 minutes a WEEK! Now that is the type of workout that everyone can handle.
7 Minute Workout – 2012 Resolution
So here is where I am at with the whole program. My word for 2012 is total transparency in my business. Because I knew come 2012 I was going to go into high gear eat clean and do my 7 minute workouts.. Right now I am 196lbs.. It is my goal to get down to 175 or 185 of solid muscle.. I am not sure as to were my weight will be because I am not looking for a number, instead I will let my body tell me what my weight should be. I do know that when you hold yourself accountable for your actions you get results. So I am holding myself accountable in front of all of you. I have until june to get to where I want to be. So I will update my progress at least 1 month.. I may get the courage up to do before and after photo’s or I may not.. I have never been the flamboyant look at me type of a person.

Only 7 minuts/day? What happened to 30 minutes/day that doctors shout about? I’ve been to a gym a few years ago and after 30 minutes of hard training I wanted to go home, but my trainer came and stopped me. He said I should spend hours, not minutes working out. I was so stressed out because of this trainer that I started to dream about him – nightmares! Have you seen “Nip/Tuck?” One night I dreamt that my trainer pumped fat from my ass!
Unfortunately, most trainers you come across are really not well trained. Some are, but many subscribe to methods that are archaic. Also most of them wouldn’t make money if they actually told you the truth..
While having good cardio is important for your heart, people have confused that with what athletes do.. So if you aren’t running a marathon anytime soon or your not entering a body building competition there isn’t really a point to work out more than 7 to 10 minutes a day.. Sure every now and then going for a jog, riding a bike, going for a walk, is good fun good exercise and a nice change..
It is a mistake to do cardio specifically to loose weight , the only thing you end up loosing is muscle and you need muscle.. But really you should learn more about the 7 minute program, very informative and cost peanuts and like the trial membership if is like 1$ plenty of time to see if you like it..

This would be a perfect program for me, now that holiday is over and gained weight after attending lots of celebration (though not that much). I will definitely try this one out and see how it really works for me.
I specifically ate more and did less so i would gain weight because i want to really put 7 minute through it’s paces.. I seen what it did for me in only 2 months.. I am excited to see what it does for me doing it all year 🙂

Looks like most of us did same thing, ate more and did less when we celebrated the holiday season. I will definitely do the same thing as I consider the holiday celebration over.

I actually trimmed down my carbohydrates and increased my vegetables intake. To be honest, that made me feel much better than before. I actually lose some of my excess fats in the body. I hope I could also have time to have some exercise.
With the great benefits that this program provides, it is reasonable to say that it is worth it to try. We should really consider using this program since it could really bring good results. Am I right?
Very much so considering it’s under $10 a month to be in the program..
7 mintes a day seems very reasonable. I started in the past many times diets and exercises, usually 30/45 minutes of physical activity every day.
And yes, you can lower your weight. But holidays and going out with friends, hamburgers etc etc… and you get again the weight.
Now I’m going to start again a new diet and I know that sooner or later I’ll get back my weight. The problem is that we should have diets and workouts always, and never stop. But it’s not so easy.
Hi Manuel, the focus is on increasing muscle through proper science.. Muscle burns more calories at rest than body fat..
So it stands to reason that if you increase muscle you would have to workout less to gain more? no?
Seriously my friend, I got a good slap in the face when I started the program. I didn’t believe in 7 to 10 minutes a session you could really make a difference.. But I was wrong.. I am very happy to say. Some literally simple eating modifications and proper weight lifting mechanics and you can increase your muscle. loose weight all the while not dieting and not busting your ass in the gym..

Wow does it really work in 7minutes a day? I had been always sceptic with these amazing techniques. I spent too many hours in the gym to get in shape, and now somebody tells me, that it could be reached only 7minutes/day? I’m shocked…:)

Kinda hard to believe that 7 minutes a day is good enought for an effective workout. I’ve been trying to do P90X and i have to say that workout is brutal. It leaves me completely exhausted but i guess its a new thing.
Well if you research you would see that the science behind 7 minute workout is as old as mankind itself..

Why is that? Is it because it only takes 7 minutes? Or is it because you don’t need to take diet pills or other weightloss products to see results?

I’ve tried to work out before. I started to do biking, it was 30 minutes and yet I felt it doesn’t worked out. And now you are talking about 7 minutes only? I’m sorry to disagree, but I think 7 minutes is not enough. I hope it will with you.
The funny part is people disagree with me, yet I doubt the people that disagree even understand how muscle is built. Let alone what actually contributes to real long term sustainable weight loss.
No worries though, I will share more with you over the coming months.. I will turn all you doubters into converts, simply because what I am pitching is actually the truth……….

I will have to look into it as I run a ritness site for the over 40 year old and whilst I cant believe you can get fit in 7 minutes my mind is open to new ideas
