…I know sounds kinda cliche right not another challenge
This is a little bit different though I wanted to:
A. Show folks one of the ways I am actually using my Empower Network Blog
B. I wanted a way to motivate my friends to stay healthy
So the 7 minute workout challenge was created. If you noticed I don’t talk much about it, because I feel a product like 7 minute workout shouldn’t be something you push. Rather it should be something someone wants to do because they want to better their health.
By default if you become a product of the product, it’s easier to sell the product – > Know what I mean? Back in July of 2011 I did a post entitled

Since then I have continued with 7 minute workout and have seen significant gains in strength and managed to maintain my weight. So for me I actually do it for the enjoyment of doing. I am not really doing it for the business opportunity aspect of it. but honestly compared to other programs like weight watchers etc.. 7 minute workout is a healthier program because it focuses on an aspect of health that people often neglect.
That’s the actual exercise part. Some people are resistant to do things like push ups and lifts weights etc. They are concerned that they are going to get to bulky, or they are afraid they might injure themselves.
..And ya if your not careful you can injure yourself. As far as getting bulky for the average person who is just trying to live a healthy life that will never happen. For you ladies, it takes a lot of lifting and purposely trying to grow muscle. Again for the average person it won’t happen.
the 7 minute workout really is only 7 minutes a day 3x’s a week. But the benefits of creating that little 7 minute habit for the rest of your life is priceless. I am 36, but I actually feel better and am more fit than when I was 18 years old.
The 7 minute workout is especially good for you folks who spend a lot of time behind computers. Even a little activity is better than no activity.
7 Minute Workout Is About Fitness
I think being fit is a life long journey. Nobody says you have to have a beach body or look any special way. What is important is that you live healthy. If for no other reason you should join 7 minutes for at least 3 months and really learn and apply the information. It’s going to take that long to create a new healthy habit. Then if you don’t care for the business opportunity or the community it would have cost $30 at most. You would still walk away with a 7 minute habit that will help you live a longer, healthier life.
Is that worth $30 to you?
I believe very strongly that you need to exercise regularly for the rest of your life in order to maintain good health. What’s even more important is you can start this habit regardless of how old you are or what shape you are in. Because the workout scales to your fitness level.

I feel very strongly that people need to be healthy if they want to be successful in life. Success isn’t just about making more money it’s about living a life that “feels” good to live. Health plays a huge role in that aspect.
So I decided to do something outside of the box. I had this brilliant idea to challenge one of my buddies online. She also believes strongly in living a healthy lifestyle. Because I have been in 7 minute workout for sometime now I know the program works and I really do like helping people anyway I can. I decided that I would put together a team rotator and anyone that joins through my challenge link will be put in that rotator and I will send you FREE traffic to your 7 minute workout business.
I am not even in the rotator myself, because 7 minute workout is a network marketing business and I will earn on all the volume underneath me. So instead of being selfish, I decided to just promote the people who want to take the challenge.
Remember earlier when I said I also wanted to show you how I use my Empower Network Blog. I write about 7 minute workout in my en blog. This way I can get search engine traffic to both my empower network business and my 7 minute workout business. That is just one of the ways I use my empower network blog. Really you should just join the businesses I am in because I know lots of ways to profit online and tell my story.. Which can be easily taught.

This isn’t about the money, for you to truly find balance in your life your mental health and physical health have to be maintained. 7 minute workout? I think it is a challenge that is easy enough to do, but does it really deliver the results as I want.
It depends on the results you want. Theoretically you can have any results you want, because it doesn’t depend on the exercise as much as it depends on what you eat.
If your eating junk food all day then no you won’t get the results you want. But if you add muscle to your body and eat sensible then, yes you can get incredibly good results..

Rotator link is a link that you can put individual urls into it and it will rotate through them automatically…
Is it just like applying a link wheel strategy??
different type of people need different time to do exercise so it is not confirm and fix that only 7 minutes or more then this time to do exercise to get full level of fitness so it upto you need and you to do how much exercise
