Tribe Syndication – Whats The Deal?
- Image via CrunchBase
I am sure many of you have heard about people starting tribe syndication groups throughout facebook and the internet. If you haven’t basically a tribe is a way for you to have others help you syndicate your content. There are several tribes that you can join for free, ( I will share some of the ones I found later in this post). There are also tribes that you can join that cost money. I haven’t really looked into those yet, but I plan to in the future.
Tribe Syndication – How To Be A Good Member Of A Tribe
As many of you know it can be rather tedious to get traffic and comments to your blog. Although you will read about tons of ways to increase your seo, you will rarely ever hear this.
One reason why it is easier for me to get seo rankings than it is for say someone starting a brand new blog on a brand new domain is because I started this domain back on Jan 13th 2006 that means its safe to say I am not going anywhere anytime soon. If I wanted to, I could talk about cats or dogs and still could get ranking rather quickly.
What that means is that you could go to godaddy and bid on an older domain name and enjoy instant pagerank and traffic.
Anyhow back to this whole tribe syndication thing. This is a good way to by-pass the search engines in the beginning and focus on writing good content. Often folks write great content, but don’t know how to get the word out about what they are writing. Ignore for a moment that this is an internet network marketing blog. The same strategies and tactics I use to get this blog ranked can be used in any niche online successfully.
Make meaningful comments on other peoples blog. The better your comment the better chance you have of getting the blog author to come visit your blog and comment back. You never know who is going to syndicate your stuff. Imagine if a person who has 3000 friends on facebook and 12000 followers on twitter decides to syndicate your blog. Now imagine having a dozen or so people like that syndicating your stuff. You can start to see how fast the word really can spread and how much traffic you can get to your blog.
Tribe Syndication – Places I have found
Let me start this by saying, if you are in a tribe list your tribe in the comment section for others to find. Thanks in advance!
3. How To Launch A Blogging Alliance
4. Tribe Mastery for Social Buzz
5. Tribe Mastery For Social Media
6. Tribe Syndication Mastermind
7. TSA Mastery – This one requires a short write up. I joined this group but haven’t been an active participant. The concept is great they use a spread sheet that lets you know which blogs to visit.
The thing is , if you join this group and you want to effectively be a part of the group you will have to spend a lot of time syndicating others people stuff. They even hold you accountable by keeping track of the amount of work you put into it.
I have visited a lot of the tribe members blog. They do indeed look like they are getting a lot of traffic. Personally I don’t have the patience for using a spreadsheet. This group is great for the person who is able to dedicate some time to being involved with a group. You can join the group for free.
8. MLM CodeBreaker – I created this social network with the intention of creating a tribe out of it. If you go over and register for free you will also get a copy of a re-branded E-report we wrote to help sort through our prospects. We are giving you a copy of the e-report that you can use in your marketing. The report will only market you! Also join our tribe and start syndicating your blog post.

Tribe’epedia – Building A Tribe Syndication Index – Community Style!

Hey Larry,
Tribes have helped me tremendously. I got started seriously blogging earlier this year and my first one was Elite Syndicate Tribe which helped to point me to other tribes on facebook. Other network marketers within each tribe has helped me a lot in pointing me in the right direction on how to get my blog ranked and attracting traffic. I believe if you get into internet marketing, the first thing you need to do is start a blog and the second thing is to become a part of the tribes available!
Have a great week!
Sherman
Hi Sherman, well said! I wish I would have gotten involved with them sooner.
Hi Larry
Another great and informative post. I am personally involved with the TSA mastery tribe. I recommend them to my team. My experience has been very positive. TSA members are very helpful to the new blogger and I have had guest posts on my blog by a couple of the leaders. My Alexa rankings have improved considerably since I started TSA. Not sure about any of the others you have mentioned…but it definitely pays to get involved with a tribe – they are kind of mastermind groups as well.. so you win all round.
Take care , Larry. Have a great Christmas and all the best for 2011!
Peter
Hi Peter, thanks for stopping by and thanks for telling me about the TSA group!
Your blog is really starting to kick some asye awesome work man!
Merry Christmas!
Great post, Larry!
Regarding buying aged domains… The other day I saw this sweet software that lets you search GoDaddy auctions and sort the results by pagerank! I don’t remember what it was called or where I saw it, but it seemed like a great way to buy a aged, ranked domain.
I’ve also had some success buying older domains off of ebay and Sedo.
Hi Tristan,
I have searched through Sedo before and Enom. I never really thought about Ebay before though. Good idea, I bet there are some good deals there.
Thanks for the tip
Hey Larry!
Great post on tribe syndication. It is an awesome model not only for traffic, but for creating quality relationships. I’ve been part of what is in my clearly biased opinion 🙂 the best tribe out there, the Empowered Tribe (these guys started the tribe revolution!) for a year now, and it has been a unbelievable experience both personally and professionally. I’ve also been part of TSA for about 6 months, and you are right, you have to be willing to deal with the spreadsheet for this one to work. But it has been worth it for me, again in terms of relationships and business built.
And thanks for sharing your beautiful music with us, and congrats on your sweet guitar purchase. 🙂

Hi Beth thanks for stopping by.
Your comment was in my spam, I am guessing it might of been there because you put an actual url in your comment. I am not sure though.
Thanks for the guitar compliment, I really just wanted to see what that guitar sounded like being recorded lols.
I read your review of empowered tribes and liked what you said about it. I am getting ready in the new year to do more tribing I need to get your link for empowered tribes since I heard about them first through your blog.
Thanks for sharing!
Hi Larry,
Great info on tribes and content syndication! I have been part of a tribe in the past and can absolutely agree on that they do work as far as getting more traffic and comments to your blog. Not only that, you can also develop some valuable friendships there. As with everything it takes time and effort.
Thanks for sharing this great info! I’ll be bookmarking it for future reference.
Ilka
Hi llka , thanks for stopping by again. I have to agree with you about the relationship building part.
You can really create some good friendships via blogging.
Hi Larry,
Hey… cool guitar man!! You deserve it! 🙂
Loved the tips about tribes and than you for mentioning the MLM Alphas Tribe. Tribes really do work but as you say they require some work and dedication.
One thing I will say is that one can make too much work for oneself by belonging to too many tribes. One is better off choosing one or two , the style of which appeals to one and stick with them to get the best results.
Great post my friend and happy holidays to you too. 🙂
~Marcus
Hi marcus, thanks for stopping by. I have nothing but great things to say about your tribe. Happy holidays to you sir.
Hey Larry, In 3 years – I had never realized what a ‘tribe’ was… and although, I’m still not quite sure if I belong to one or not, (to be honest- LOL)… I have developed a huge soft spot for many of the new people I have met since I started networking and have learned so much from many of the new friendships. I enjoy dropping by many of the blogs of my new found friends and absolutely love the outpouring of support in so many aspects that is reciprocated. So… I’m with you on the benefits of being part of so many terrific groups – and being welcome to participate. You have provided a great list of ‘tribes’ to visit – and I appreciate your post very much! ~Jayne~
Hi Jayne, thanks for stopping my blog. I understand what you mean, I have been blogging just about six years and until this year I never realized how powerful actually knowing and getting involved with other bloggers would be.
In the internet marketing world I have found bloggers to be the most approachable.
Thanks for sharing!
Wow, this is a new idea to me. I will take a look at some of the links you put in this post. Building as many traffic funnels is definitely key to increasing visitors to your blog. Buying an aged domain is also another way to instantly have traffic and to quickly build up even more traffic. Thanks.
