Choose Wisely The People You Work With
I can’t stress this enough, it seems daily I am bombarded by someone who feels lost at sea. The process goes something like this: You decide that you are going to take a chance and get involved with an online business.
[contextly_sidebar id=”eb593288994953d7efedac99c760072c”]The first week is exciting, you are looking over the business you stay awake in bed unable to go to sleep because you keep envisioning what your life is going to be like when all the beautiful money starts rolling in. You visualize the expression on your neighbors when they see you pulling up in your new car.
You finally get to sleep and wake up exited what the day is going to bring. Suddenly, you are slapped awake when you realize you don’t know where to start. To make matters worse your sponsor is telling you to just go out and get 5 people.
If your doing an off line deal you where probably told write a list of 100 people you know. It cracks me up when I hear that one simply because not everyone is your target market even if you personally know them.
Today I am going to give you some free advice that I advise you take.
A Check List For Your Sanity
It pains me to write blog post that are not keyword friendly, sometimes though you have write about stuff the way it should be written about, know what I mean?
First and foremost it doesn’t matter how big a team is, it doesn’t matter what the lead capture pages look like. What matters most is the individual you are getting ready to do business with. You have to find out if this person/sponsor/mentor etc, really has your interest at heart. I can’t even begin to tell you how many people out there swear up and down that they “like helping people” when in reality these same people are just saying what they have to say to convince you to join their business.
This is really true when it comes to online businesses, there are “marketers” who pitch we have team support, we have lead capture pages you can plug into, we have a pot of gold waiting for you as soon as you join. These same “marketers” after you join will expect you to plug into the training & systems that their sponsors put in place. They are hoping to leverage all that stuff so they don’t ever have to talk to you. I take that back they will talk to you only to put up a front like they care.
They don’t care, what they care about is stringing you a long for a few more months until they can find a few more people to replace you. My friends this IS how it works online. After getting a taste of this myself, I decided to really be the kind of sponsor that a person IS looking for.
